Every room is a two-room suite with one or two beds, and most open onto a balcony with pool or garden views. The entire property is built around us for the weekend — full dungeon, ballroom programming, and offsite events reachable by luxury tour bus, included with every pass.

Rooms are released to All Access Pass holders in the order passes were purchased. Buy early for first choice.

HOW TO BOOK OUR 100% FETISH HOTEL

—Book a room at our 100% pure fetish hotel only after purchasing an All Access Pass for each person staying in the room.
—Up to 4 guests may stay in the room at no extra charge.
—3 core-night minimum, Friday May 28 through Sunday May 30.
—Ready to book? Email glenn@fetishfactory.com with your All Access Pass confirmation, number of guests, and requested dates.
—$189 + tax per night (13% county & hotel state tax) on core nights; $139 + tax on shoulder nights. Extend at the same rate before or after.
—This is a prepay booking — all reservations are final, no refunds after the payment deadline.
Full payment due by February 28, 2027. Cancel in writing before February 27, 2027 and forfeit one night's deposit — after that date, cancellations are a total loss.
—If the hotel sells out, we maintain a waitlist and do everything possible to match cancellations to waitlisted guests.
