FAQ
What is Florida Fetish Weekend?
Fetish Factory’s anniversary celebration — a multi-day, fetish-only hotel takeover in Fort Lauderdale drawing kinksters from around the world, centered on community rather than a convention or fashion show.
When and where is it?
Memorial Day Weekend, May 28–30, 2027, at the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek, with additional events at select Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors venues.
Is this a sex party?
No. FFW is a strict-dress-code, pansexual fetish celebration — not a swingers event, though all lifestyles and identities are welcome. What happens between consenting adults in a private room is their business; public hotel areas stay PG. Fetish sex games are permitted at offsite nightclub venues and the hotel dungeon.
What’s the dress code?
Latex, rubber, leather, wetlook, vinyl/PVC, uniforms, serious goth, kinky drag, and fursona/otherkin. No jeans, streetwear, or regular clubwear — at the door, no exceptions, even with tickets in hand. The Pervy Pool Party also accepts provocative or erotic swimwear.
What are the house rules?
No photography or recording outside approved staff; if it’s not yours, don’t touch it; no sex or simulated sex in public hotel areas; no drugs, no weapons, no risky play (edge, fire, breath, blood, knife), and no watersports or scat. Violators may be removed without refund.
Is nudity allowed?
Not in public areas, including the pool, gym, atrium, and hallways — genitals must stay covered, with pasties and thongs required at minimum for anyone presenting as female.
Do I need a hotel room to attend?
No — an All Access Pass covers every event on its own. Booking the host hotel is optional but is where the dungeon, ballroom programming, and the rest of the weekend’s atmosphere live.
Is photography allowed?
Only by approved event photographers wearing a Fetish Factory photo pass. No personal photography or video at official events or in the hotel dungeon; a step-and-repeat wall near the pool entrance is the exception.
Is there transportation between venues?
Yes — round-trip tour buses run continuously between the host hotel and offsite nightclub venues on party nights, included with every All Access Pass.
How does hotel booking work?
Purchase an All Access Pass for every guest staying in the room, then wait to be contacted for booking in the order tickets were purchased. Up to 4 guests may share a room at no extra charge, with a 3-night minimum stay.
Where can I buy fetish wear for Florida Fetish Weekend?
Shop the dress code online at store.fetishfactory.com, or visit the Fetish Factory Showroom at 855 E. Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334 (954-563-5777) for latex, leather, rubber, uniforms and fetish wear, with in-person dress code help.
Are there fetish parties in South Florida before FFW32?
Yes. Alter Ego hosts monthly fetish parties in South Florida all year: $25 at the Fetish Factory Showroom, $35 online and $40 at the door. See the calendar at alteregoparty.com.
